MUJI Thailand is gearing up to unveil its largest Southeast Asia flagship store at CentralWorld on November 28, according to the company’s announcement.
Set to officially open on the 4th floor, Zone I of Central World, the new store promises an immersive shopping and lifestyle experience on par with MUJI’s leading flagship stores in Japan.
Spanning over 3,700 square meters, it brings together MUJI’s full product range available in Thailand, all thoughtfully curated under one roof, with a reimagined store layout designed to elevate the shopping journey through interactive and experiential zones.
The store serves as a gateway for Thai consumers to experience and understand MUJI’s philosophy, fostering a deeper and more meaningful connection with the brand.
MUJI started its business in Thailand since 2006 as a franchise business. In 2013, MUJI Retail (Thailand) Co was established as a joint venture company with Central Department Store Limited to seriously strengthen its business in Thailand.
Currently, MUJI’s business in Thailand is growing steadily, with a total of 40 stores nationwide (including the latest location at Central World).
As MUJI’s 40th store in Thailand, this flagship location is the largest in the country, designed to deliver the most comprehensive MUJI product lineup ever presented. It embodies MUJI’s commitment to expressing its design philosophy through innovative retail formats that connect deeply with nature, while also incorporating elements inspired by Thai culture and lifestyle under the concept of “MUJI Meets Thai Way of Living.”

Currently, CentralWorld already houses one MUJI store located within the Central Department Store on the fourth floor, catering to customers who prefer a quick and convenient shopping experience.
